BPT means that they are from their FAB2 but that the packaging was assembeld in Taiwan. CAS2 is almost always a guarantee with these chips even though those are from last year. My guess is that they could do 145 MHz at CAS-2 but you can try yourself, there is no risk in data corruption, either they make it or they don't. |
