128 MB IBM-based PC2100 DDR for $28

Got a few of those and they are doing 150 MHz+ at 2:2:2 and DRAM CMD Rate ot 1T!
Can't beat that one. Only drawback is that they don't clock much higher even with higher latencies but that doesn't matter too much for performance.
