!! i can never get a break!! help me

ehh for some reason now every time i boot up i get windows protection error restart ure computer. so i restarted went to in safe mode and removed all the duplicates from device manager , system devices and i restarted and i got to windows then it installed all this stuff i removed then it said for changes to work balh blah u need to resart then i did and i got windows protection error again!
what do i do
