I recommend the Swiftech 464 Rev. 1, that's the best Fan-Heatsink combo I have ever had. It is mounted through the motherboard. The original one is a bit noisy but the Rev. is quiter.
IMPORTANT. Make sure the motherboard you put that heatsink on doesn't have huge capacitors around the socket, otherwise no hope. The Heatsink/fan combo can be sound at www.coolerguys.com
