For once, the Atapi drivers for the Zip conflict with the CDROM drivers. In Win 95, you couldn't even get to the setup with the Zip drive in place. Every other card you have in the system during installation will compete for base memory addresses and cause overlapping of resources. If you do one by one, you avoid that problem and don't forget to run a defrag after each card.

And don't forget to delete all the crap that you never gonna use, like NetMeeting, Chat and Tour... (some 250 files that are safe to throw away..)
