Sometimes, it's best to point Windows in the right direction. From the Device Manager double-click on the card, goto the Driver Tab, and Update Driver. Click Next, then Choose Display a list of known drivers..., and click Have Disk. Click the Browse button and search for the right drivers from the CD yourself.
