The floppy controller was never there in the first place. It's been disabled in BIOS. I tried re-enabling it so that Windows will find it. That took away the message when I booted back into Windows. So I disabled it again in BIOS and the message came back. I gave up on it and put the floppy drive back in. I originally took it out because I couldn't fit my baybus if I had it. But I figured a way to make the baybus fit with the floppy drive in, so all is good.
