I doubt it if it will work correctly, even though the chip is unlocked. You still need to be able to change the multiplier in the bios. Which I don't think is available on that board. It may boot up at 900 mhz 100x9 but would need 133x9 to work correctly with that chip. And the KT133 chipset will only do about 112 fsb give or take a few mhz.
