Don't like that board too much and neither any other DDR-SDRAM hybrids. All it is is a marketing gag. The Iwill board is faster and more stable, the new Shuttle AK31 Rev.2 beats all records and is cheaper. If ASUS , go with the A7M266 or else with the EPoX 8K7A(+)

p.s. in the system configuration that your friend is trying to run, he is going to develop one major headache. Never ever mix DDR with SDRAM, you can get it to run, no doubt but you won't be happy
