Is the front of the screen still pulling the hairs
on your arms towards it ?.

On the inside have you
looked for bad fuses ? (unplugged for this test)
Is the picture tube (heating) lighting up ?
(for this test power on & lights off).

Its possible to fix the monitor but if you have
to ask then more then likely you will fail or get hurt in the process.
