I had an S370 conv. card, so it could be similar... any high end heatsink (GORB, GW FOP 32/38, anything larger than stock) would stick out past the first 2 dimms =[

(Just grab a nice Micron 512MB chip and you'll be fine. =] they're only about 300 bucks $CAD 200 USD
