The Thunderbird and Palomino processors, which includes all current Skt A Athlons and the Athlon4/Athlon MP and Mobile Duron, are 0.18µ parts manufactured AFAIK with copper interconnects (Dresden, Germany). The desktop Duron parts are 0.18µ parts manufactured with aluminum interconnects (Austin, TX).

0.13µ with SoI technology is expected to first debut on the K8/Hammer series. The first K8/Hammer parts are currently scheduled to be released later this year.

The chipset question, I don't know.
