What is the deal with the security certificate with windows 98SE. Every time I go to hot mail or some other sites I regularly go to it tells me there is a problem with the sites certificate. I just reinstalled 98SE. I didn't have this prob with win 2k and dont remember it before with win 98. How can I turn it off? |
