This is to help with playing Emperor on Westwoods matching service <img src = /smileys/wink.gif></img> This service matches players and allows them to connect directly. But curiously whenever I connect to other players (eg 56k or 150k modems) using a Motorola SB4100 512k CableTV network cable modem, I get a terrible slowdown possibly due to packet splitting ? I am no expert but some of you people are and I wondered if you had any ideas.
