Is there software to limit bandwidth for my NIC (connection to cable) in Windows 2000 ? My ISP (Telstra Bigpond) is implementing a 3GB data cap soon. If I can find a cap that will limit me to approximately 128/32kbps, I will stick with them. If not... I am going to go back to dial-up. Thanks. |
