it has an Fdisk program that I found works very nicely. Plus, you can format partitions for NTFS from the beginning so Win9x doesn't see 'em during the install. Can't remember exactly how I used it. You either have to have your drive unparitioned or have Win2K on it. When booting off the CD you will come to a Repair option you choose repair and hit "C" for Console. Then type help for the commands.
