No, I've got something like lastdrive=M. Plenty for the three drive letters, anyway. And it works for C:, D:, E:, and F:, just not for C:, D:, and E:.
And besides, the actual partition table doesn't say it's there, either. If I run fdisk, set up the partitions, reboot, and run fdisk again, the last partition has vanished.
