Case fannage can solve many a heat problem.

Just make sure you have good 'flow', lower intake (perferrably with a 3" hole in the front bezel and the sheet metal cut away on the inside, the ram effect, same for the upper case fan and PS fan grill, the damn swiss chees metal does nothing to enhance air flow, cut it all out.

Try it both ways, experiment like we did back when, then take the 'best' solution for your box and work with it.
