Have black ICE running in the background during all web browsing. My problem is that I have what I believe to be one goober who just keeps on TCP scanning me. It's just downright obnoxious, and the real kicker is that his/her IP keeps changing along with the name of the computer which almost makes me believe it's more than one person. But the scanned port is always the same throughout a night. Is there anything I can do to make this fool just leave me alone?
