11.5 x 119 @ 1370mhz, @58 C (safe temp?)

I tried to set the FSB higher and multiplier lower but I couldn't do it.

10.5 x 130 no boot
9 x 145 no boot
7.5 166 @ 1245mhz
8 x 166 @ 1328 but shows 1166mhz
8 x 145 @ 1232 but shows 1087mhz
9 x 145 no boot

Am I losing much performance by setting the FSB lower and multiplier higher?

I'm using Asus PC Prob to get my comp stats and temp, is it reliable?

Can someone give me the link for the benchmark proggie?
