I tried going

8.5 x 166 @1.85V and it didn't boot

then I tried setting down the voltage to 1.65V and it booted and loaded, but the clock speed only read 1250mhz

then I tried putting the multiplier down to 8.0 and it booted, reading 1166mhz

am I doing something wrong?
