I've heard that lots of the older athlons (200mhz FSB) don't like FSB o/cing. But your board does officially support the 266mhz FSB (133) So you should'nt have any problems with the chipset.. Try taking out all your PCI/AGP cards, and replacing them in one at a time. Also, (I don't know if it's possible) But try a 5.5x multiplier at first with a 133mhz FSB, it's closest to the chips natural speed. Remember a lot of chips take better to multiplier o/c than FSB o/c. (giver or take intels =])

Make sure you PCI divider is 1/4 and AGP is 1/2 =]
