Here's the scoop from VIA Hardware:

The boards name will be K7D Master and will feature four memory slots, one AGP Pro, one CNR, two PCI 64, three PCI 32, and onboard LAN. The board is supposedly going to cost much less then the Tyan board, probably in the $200 range.
