Ludi gave some great advice, a bad time to uprade for intel right now.
My question is why not fix the problem you have now ?
Do you really need the xtra speed & what are you using this for ?
instead of going with a new system as an 800 Mhz system is still fast.
are you having network problems or CDrom problems ?.
How about your system spec's (hardware & drives) & OS as someone here
maybe able to help you out.
