Just let it burn in for a while at 1.65V (Or whatever it says is default on the CPU) Then if you're thinking of overclocking it, raise the FSB, and only increase the voltage by .05 (or .1) volts until it runs stably at the desired speed. Most people say don't run at anything higher than 1.85 volts, but hey, I ran at 2.05 for about 10 weeks before I sold it off =]
