With the heat that T-Bird (and the GF MX) will put out, you should consider a larger case or leave the cover off. A tiny case will got hot in a hurry and instability will follow.

Other than that, looks good. If you have any interest in games, though, get a Radeon or GF2 GTS.

Oh, what about sound?
