then clear the CMOS and then try again. I don't believe in BIOS going back, if the board doesn't do anything, it is some bad connection or else a blown power supply.

If the fans are spinning and the drives power up it is not the power supply but either the CPU or the board.

If nothing happens at all, you have no power to the powersupply which could be as simple as a bad cable to the wall outlet, had that one more than twice.
