The first issue is temp.Use the big ole household fan placed right up close to an open case blowing full blast on the slocket.Up the core voltage and be prepared to go to 1.8 and 1.9.Try for something like this first.
core voltage 1.75
FSB 124
If no post go to 1.80 core volts.
You should easily get into the low 800s then work up in 1 to 2 FSB increments.. thats the beauty of Soft Menu.When you get unstable,up the core voltage again to say 1.85 and so on.DONT take the core voltage past 2.0 or it will soon be game over.
Im not sure what your chip serial markings are, but if you post them,I can tell you the stepping of your chip.You should expect about 820 or so.
