I'm having bad problems with my AMD K6 450. Firstly, there's the heating up. I really don't know what the operating tempratures of an AMD processor would be, but I'm guessing 50-60 degrees C is bad. Yes, my CPU fan is functioning fine, no my CPU is not overclocked, and I'm using 'CPUCool' and my BIOS (Award on SiS 5595 mainboard) to check the temprature.

The other problem is that even if I use something like Winamp's AVS on 20% of my screen, my processor load goes up to 105%(!)

I'm stumped, and I'd appreciate any help/advice!
