I have a bunch of Win98 computers on a network. How do I set a bitmap wallpaper on the login screen instead of the default greenish color? I tried setting an Internet Explorer Wallpaper, but that didn't work. I know it's possible because I've seen it before.

Not the startup/shutdown screens, not the normal desktop...I mean the background of the login screen.
