Hey there peoples, i've got a tough little question here.
With ATI multimedia center 7.1, I am able to use video-in to capture a movie from a VCR tape, and have it be either mp2, avi(though its too huge to be realistic), or mpg.
Now, none of these have all that an acceptable size:quality ratio. How would I capture a movie from a VCR and have it become a DivX Mpeg4 file? I have another movie that is this style, and the whole movie, weighing in at about 900 megs, is amazing quality (near DVD). How is this possible?
Is there a good video-in to MPEG4 program that works seamlessly with the Radeon VIVO?
