mouse prob in SuSe 7.1

I installed and configurated SuSe 7.1 and the mouse worked perfectly but then I did some changes in the settings for the mouse and it stop working. I put the settings back to the old but it didn't help. I'm sure it is connected and everything because it works in win2k.
