from Tom's Hardware - about the only useful ones are the close-ups of the L1 bridges. Those are the ones you need to close (a #2 pencil will do it - thus the term "pencil trick") to unlock the multiplier.

Once the multi is unlocked, go to it with FSB/multi/voltage settings on the mobo. Here's what I'd do - set the multiplier to 6 and crank the FSB as high as it's stable, with relatively fast memory timings (like 2:2:2). Then adjust the multiplier/voltage to the highest stable frequency. That will maximize your memory speed first, then get what you can out of the processor.
