I'm wanting to do some upgrades to this, to install W2K, so I can work on my MCP/MCSE. My intent is to get a second, bigger harddrive and keep 95 on one, and 2K on the other. (Dual boot with BIOS? Probably W2K boot loader...)
Since RAM is so cheap right now, I'm wanting to get the most I can. I can get either 256, or 128MB dimms just down the street, but my MB manual only says it supports up to 128MB/dimm.
What does the LX chipset support? Will I need to get a pair of 128's, or can this board support a 256?
Anybody have any other suggestions? (Besides getting a T-Bird, which will be my next upgrade....it's just not in the budget right now)
