I read somewhere in a readme file that I'm supposed to type in a CD-Key, but It has never prompted me to do this. Is this text scrambling some sort of copy protect?

I'm using a virgin installation of genuine Activision software.

My specs: MSI 6195 K7 PRO, Slot-A T-Bird 1000, 256 Meg of CAS 2 sdram, NO O/C, Voodoo 5500, yada yada yada.

Has anyone else seen this scrambled text of all printed text in the game?

What's the fix?
