when you change the Bus to 133 it defaults the memory bus speed to 133 also and if you PC100 Ram that isn't really good you will have a No boot problem. This is the way the one I have seems to run. make sure you are trying to use the first setting in the Bios for the 133 setting ( 133/33 ) not the one farther down the list of bus speeds
