You can check to see if your motherboard has bus speed and voltage adjustments (you are at 66MHz and 1.5V now), but if it does, I'm betting the next increment is 100MHz -- which would force the processor to 850MHz. The CPU may run at that speed, but you will probably need a better fan/heatsink than whatever eMachines stuck in there.
