nah, you can change the voltage even if the board doesn't let you, by breaking the L7 bridges and reconnecting them according to this chart at Tom's. Did a Duron 600 to 850 on a Shit Gigabyte mobo that didn't have any multiplier or voltage adjustments. It is a royal pain in the ass though.
