GeForce2MX -- the original low-end, a castrated GeForce2 core running at 175MHz and offering an optional dual-monitor output. NVidia has now differentiated this part into two products, the MX 200 and the MX 400, mainly differentiated by clock speed (175MHz/200MHz) and supported memory types (64-bit SDR only for the MX 200, 64-bit DDR or 128-bit SDR for the MX 400).

GeForce2 GTS -- GeForce2 core at 200MHz clock, 166MHz DDR memory (333MHz effective).

GeForce2 Pro -- GeForce2 core at 200MHz clock, 200MHz DDR memory (400MHz effective).

GeForce2 Ultra -- GeForce2 core at 250MHz clock, 230MHz DDR memory, (460MHz effective).
