What's default xifier for you? the 7.5, the Duron is made for? if so, yes. The multiplier goes down to 5. But you will have to bridge the L1 on the surface of the CPU in order to unlock the CPU.

higher voltage? Doesn't the K7 Master have any dipswitches or BIOS entries for that? The only other way would be to take out that dusty soldering iron and take a look at the voltage regulator
