Wouldn't it make more sense to put the pump outside the box, and locate the radiator away from the case?
Seems like a pretty inefficient design:
1) The pump is adding heat into the case (probably not a lot, but still not a good idea)
2) The airflow through the radiator is restricted by the side of the computer, so he is losing a major part of his "large surface area" advantage with a large radiator.
The fact that it is self contained is nice, but personally I would rather get all that coolant the hell away from my motherboard, not have it all packed right next to it. Chances of getting a catastrophic leak are a lot higher the way he has it setup.
