but usually your printers options are set for Black and White and it's not a problem with Excel. Anyway to check...From Excel click on File-->Page Setup. When Page Setup Window is displayed goto the Sheet Page and Uncheck the Box that says Black and White. If it's already unchecked then it is your printer. This is a way you can check that. While you're still on the page Setup screen click Options and your printer software screen should come up. Look for an option to change between color and black and white. If you specify what printer you have someone might no exactly where it is. I have an Epson Stylus 900 so if it happens to be that one let me know.
