My ISP must've gotten nailed by lightning last saturday, and since then my connections have been terrible. What I'm wondering is is it normal for an ISP's connection speeds to be low (I average 21600) for this long? Or is it possible that my modem was damaged in the storm? I did notice that my connection went dead twice at the exact moment the lightning flashed if that matters. Thanks all
