Still no luck zolar and friends :(

its a western digital caviar 20.5 gig, about 10 gigs are used..the error message comes up right after the music comes on (startup music)it says:

Explorer performed and illegal operation and will be shut down. if the problem persista contact the program vendor.

this little shit pops up everytime i start my computer not allowing me to do anythign after it happens..it happens in safemode too so i cant do pretty much shit...it happened when my mcomputer was getting bsods like amother fucker on tuesday night...and i would restart it and it would say windows found a registry error and automatically restart and fix it for you...so it did that liek threee times in arow..after that shit i turned it off for like two hours and when i went back on the explorer shit started happening...i think all this shit started happening either when i reinstalled UT and the tv viewer on my computer..then also i was goin into the system information and runnign all the test int the tool bar..i did the directx cuz my tv veiwer would freeze and i could only watch it fluidly on the choppy ass preview option..i haev a tnt2pro 16mb card..so i saw the file system checker and i did that..i tried to fix the corrupted files and i did most of them..i had to do it a few times cuz i would get BS...but hey im runign outta time here..if you guys need to know anythign else to help me let em know!! thanks for the advice all!!!
