Are you overclocking? If so go to your defaults and then CPrompt..."Scandisk"...then "scanreg" then if you are familiar with DOS look in "regedit"
Also try safemode again...go to Control panel and delete any recent programs and look in Systems and see if you have any duplicate hardware
