Seriously: what did you do with it? You must have installed something or maybe turned off the comp in a bad moment...

Only solution is see is to boot from floppy and reinstall windows ( w/o deleting current installation, so you won't loose all your settings, drivers, installed progs ). If that doesn't help: format and reinstall...
