Would you have Windows 2000 professional installed by any chance. My system does the same thing. There is one web site in particular www.launch.com. I cannot fully load that page EVER. It's my test site. When
I can load it, I've fixed the problem. I think the problem is directly related to Internet Explorer but I don't know what.
