Best CPU 4 MOBO

I have this Amptron PII-3300 MOBO & I have been trying to find out what is the fastest & best CPU I can put on it. It is a discontinued board & I have not been able to get any useful info from the vendor, what info I have been able to get from them has been vague & literally garbled due to everyone I have spoken to so far (3 different people) speak very poor English, so "in context" is a big problem. It is a slot 1 type board. The info specific to the board I have is as follows;

PII-3300
Pentium II & Celeron
(66MHz & 100MHz Base Frequency) AGP, PCI,
Ultra DMA/33 & Built-in 3D Sound,
Intel i440BX AGPset Chipset System Board.

I would like to know as I said above, what is the fastest & best CPU I can put on this board & even though it say's Intel & Celeron, might there be an AMD CPU that would work on this board?
