Using Outlook Express, how do I

1. ensure that ALL quoted text will be differentiated from reply text. I notice that it seems to vary, depending on the email (sender?). Not all are differentiated by the '>' , etc. It is very confusing to reply to longer emails without such differentiation.

2. permanently disable the overwrite function when typing, so that text inserted doesn't chew up that beneath it.

3. redirect (rather than forward) email- e.g to a more appropriate party, listing the original sender as from, and without quotes.
