In buying the 133MHz version, what you are doing is ensuring that the part you get will run on a 133MHz bus -- but many of the 100/200 parts will easily run on the 133MHz bus if you lower the multiplier.

Also note that the 100/200 part will come set with a 12x multiplier, the 133/266 part with a 9x multiplier. But you can always unlock a 100/200 part and then change the multiplier.

If you get a motherboard that has both jumpers and BIOS overclocking options, though, you will probably need to consult this article from AnandTech.
